A Bittersweet Moment...

Oh, hey y'all! I hope that 2013 is treating you well, and that you all had an awesome holiday break. Ever since August, life has been absolutely crazy. With school starting, I spend nights doing homework and weekends finishing huge projects, as well as trying to make time for extracurricular activities and also trying to have time to hang out with friends and spend time with family. And through all this craziness, Reading Writing Breathing has been neglected greatly. I have for so, so long about this decision, and I am so sad to make it, but I think that RWB is going to be coming to a close.

 Since last summer when I started this blog, I have some amazing friends. I mean really, this community is full of people who love to read, and love to share their passion of reading. But the stress of keeping up with this blog and juggling life has become too much, and I just can't handle all these responsibilities at once. I am sad that I'm having to end my blogging, but I wouldn't trade all the memories from my blog for the world.

 I just want to thank a few individuals who have become so close to my heart and made my blogging journey worthwhile.

 Sasha and Em from Sash and Em - Ah, I don't even know where to start. When I found y'all's blog, I fell in love with you guys and your reviews, and when I met y'all at the ALA Midwinter blog dinner, I was freaking out. Sasha, we have had some awesome times at Midwinter AND Annual, especially seeing John Green speak. You are so, so sweet and so hilarious, and I hope we stay in touch. Em, I am so sad you could not make Annual over summer, but I am SO glad I got to meet you at Midwinter. You are so kind and so sweet.

 Cambria, Cristin, and Sara from YA Confidential - All three of y'all are too hilarious to handle! I think it was just fate that we were by each other at the Midwinter blogger dinner, because since then we have had some awesome times at Midwinter and Annual. I am so glad that we got to hang out and discuss books and just life in general, I will never forget it! And Cristin - I will be picking up a copy of your book when it hits shelves and recommending it to ALL my friends at school!

 Kari from A Good Addiction - From the start, you were always so welcoming of me into the blogging community. You sent me emails of all the blogger meet-ups and you even share books with me when I was starting out. Your kindness really made me fall in love with the blogging world, and you're HILARIOUS too. I know I'll be seeing your name on the bookshelves one day. :)

 Katie from Katie's Book Blog - I have always been a follower of your amazing blog, and getting the chance to meet and hang out with you at Midwinter and Annual was just amazing. You have one of those genuine personalities that is so awesome, and it's so much fun being around you. I will always read your blog, even though my blogging has stopped.

 Hafsah from Icey Books - I don't know what to say! You are one of my best blogging friends, no doubt, even if we haven't talked in a while. You are so strong, and even though your life hasn't always been so easy for you, but you are always so positive and so happy, and it just makes me feel so strong, because YOU are so strong. We NEED to stay in touch, no question!

 Melina from Reading Vacation - I'm not even going to TRY to begin with you. We have had so many times since we first starting talking, it's just crazy that we live so close! You are such a great friend, and you are probably one of THE kindest people I know, in blogging and in life in general. You are always there for me no matter what, and always looking at the positives in life. We WILL stay in touch.

 I'd also like to thank Magan from Rather Be Reading, Pam from Bookalicious, Katie from Mundie Moms, and Andye and Amy from ReadingTeen. Also, thanks so much to Jodi Meadows, Julie Cross, Michelle Hodkin, and so many other authors for being so kind and doing interviews with me.

 And lastly, I just want to thank you. You, reading this post. You, who's been such a supporter of Reading Writing Breathing. I could never have gotten HERE without y'all, I never thought my blog would get so big, and I wouldn't trade my book blogging for the world. Thank you for supporting me through everything. You guys are the best.
